Which marketplaces are supported?

Seller Hub Pro currently supports Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, and Temu. You can list products, sync inventory, manage orders, and update tracking automatically across all connected channels.

Do I need technical knowledge?

Not at all. The platform is designed for sellers of all skill levels. No coding is required — simply connect your marketplace accounts and the platform handles the rest.

How to connect and manage all your marketplace channels

How do I connect a marketplace channel?

Go to Manage Channel > Add a New Connection, select your marketplace, and click Next. You will be redirected to that marketplace's authorization page to approve the connection. Once approved, orders, listings, and inventory sync automatically.

Can I manage all channels from one dashboard?

Yes. Seller Hub Pro provides a single centralized dashboard for all connected marketplaces. View product status, order status, inventory levels, and channel performance for all channels from one screen — without logging into each marketplace separately.

How often are orders imported?

Orders are automatically imported every 5 minutes from all connected marketplaces. Full order details — buyer name, shipping address, items, quantity, price, and payment status — are displayed in your Orders dashboard.

Can I publish one product to multiple channels at once?

Yes. Create your listing once in Seller Hub Pro and publish it to multiple marketplaces simultaneously. Our data validation engine ensures accurate distribution of titles, descriptions, prices, images, and stock to each platform.

What happens when a product sells on one channel?

When an order is placed on any connected channel, stock is immediately decremented and the updated inventory level is pushed to all other connected marketplaces in real time — preventing overselling across all platforms simultaneously.

How does tracking auto-update work?

Once an order is shipped and a tracking number is entered or auto-generated, Seller Hub Pro automatically pushes the carrier name and tracking number back to the relevant marketplace API. Buyers are notified and the order status updates to Shipped.

How are cancellations and returns handled?

Cancellation events are received from each marketplace and automatically update the order status to Cancelled, triggering inventory restocking. Return and refund requests are retrieved from each marketplace and managed within Seller Hub Pro.

How does inventory sync work?

Seller Hub Pro maintains a centralised inventory database. When stock changes on any channel — sale, manual adjustment, or supplier update — the updated quantity is pushed to all connected marketplaces automatically and simultaneously.

Can I track inventory across multiple warehouses?

Yes. Seller Hub Pro supports multi-warehouse inventory tracking from receiving through to shipping. Assign products to specific warehouses and configure automated order routing rules to direct fulfilment to the right warehouse.

Does Seller Hub Pro prevent overselling?

Yes. When an order is placed on any marketplace, stock is immediately decremented and pushed to all other channels simultaneously — preventing overselling across all platforms at once.

Can I get low stock alerts?

Yes. Seller Hub Pro provides configurable alerts for low stock, errors, and oversell events. Alerts appear in the dashboard when stock drops below your defined threshold.

Does Seller Hub Pro support supplier feed sync?

Yes. Configure supplier data feeds to automatically update your product catalogue and stock levels — keeping your inventory database current without manual data entry.

Can I do bulk inventory updates?

Yes. Seller Hub Pro supports bulk stock updates, bulk price changes, and bulk product edits across your entire catalogue — saving significant time compared to updating products individually on each marketplace.

All orders from every connected marketplace are automatically imported into a unified Orders dashboard. Orders are routed via an automated Order Rule Engine based on rules you configure — warehouse assignment, carrier selection, and order criteria.

Does Seller Hub Pro support automated order routing?

Yes. The Order Rule Engine lets you define routing rules based on order attributes such as product type, destination, weight, or channel. Orders are automatically assigned to the correct warehouse or fulfilment centre and carrier.

Does Seller Hub Pro auto-generate order emails?

Yes. Seller Hub Pro auto-generates order confirmation and shipment notification emails for buyers — keeping customers informed throughout the fulfilment process without any manual effort from the seller.

Can I manage returns and refunds?

Yes. Return and refund requests are retrieved from each marketplace and the full resolution workflow — refund approval or replacement dispatch — is managed within the Seller Hub Pro order management module.

Does it support rate shopping and shipping rules?

Yes. Seller Hub Pro supports automated rate shopping, order routing, and shipping rules based on order status — ensuring everything is fulfilled correctly with minimal manual intervention.
