Go to Manage Channel > Add a New Connection, select your marketplace, and click Next. You will be redirected to that marketplace's authorization page to approve the connection. Once approved, orders, listings, and inventory sync automatically.

Orders are automatically imported every 5 minutes from all connected marketplaces. Full order details — buyer name, shipping address, items, quantity, price, and payment status — are displayed in your Orders dashboard.
Yes. Create your listing once in Seller Hub Pro and publish it to multiple marketplaces simultaneously. Our data validation engine ensures accurate distribution of titles, descriptions, prices, images, and stock to each platform.
When an order is placed on any connected channel, stock is immediately decremented and the updated inventory level is pushed to all other connected marketplaces in real time — preventing overselling across all platforms simultaneously.
Once an order is shipped and a tracking number is entered or auto-generated, Seller Hub Pro automatically pushes the carrier name and tracking number back to the relevant marketplace API. Buyers are notified and the order status updates to Shipped.
Cancellation events are received from each marketplace and automatically update the order status to Cancelled, triggering inventory restocking. Return and refund requests are retrieved from each marketplace and managed within Seller Hub Pro.
Seller Hub Pro maintains a centralised inventory database. When stock changes on any channel — sale, manual adjustment, or supplier update — the updated quantity is pushed to all connected marketplaces automatically and simultaneously.
